Windows 10 Build 15063 Released, RTM is in the Air

Microsoft doesn’t like it when we use the term RTM, they always say “there is no RTM” with Windows as a Service. But, there still is a release to manufacturing as Dell, HP and the other various OEMs need the bits to load on to their machines; RTM stands for release to manufacturing.
To that degree, Microsoft has released Windows 10 build 15063 and this may be the RTM build, The company is not officially saying this is the final build for Redstone 2 and we may not have the official word for a few more weeks but if this is not the final build, it is one of the last few to be compiled before general availability.
This build is for both PC and Mobile and is available to those who are in the Fast ring. As always, make sure to check out the changelog here as there are some known issues such as the upgrade path from the Windows 10 Anniversary Update (Build 14393) to this Windows 10 Creators Update build is not yet live; it will be live tomorrow morning.
As with the last couple of builds, this release only contains bug fixes and not much else. If you have been holding off on installing Insider builds on your main PC, this one is likely safe to install but you should change rings again next month so you avoid the early Redstone 3 releases.
